At level 7 you don't need to worry too much about your skills. You can mix and match your skills whilst in a town, and can re-allocate your att points as you need.

When setting up a build there's a few things to bare in mind:
Don't spread yourself too thin. Focus your skills and att points across 2 or 3 attribute lines.
Look to carry a self heal unless you have an active monk in your party (and even then it's useful.

Otherwise just play around and see what works and what doesn't. You're still early in the game. Toward the end you'll have 200 att points, and many many more skills to chose from

I would go something like this:
1-4 attack skills
5 preparation
6 Troll Unguent
7 something
8 rez skill

At your level, your build doesnt matter a huge amount, and even at level 20, you shouldnt worry to much about your build. Generally just run what you want to run, pets are crap in PvE, but i use one anyway, because i like the idea/it looks cool.

The only things i would say are troll unguent is all you need for healing, always carry res signet, and dont take to many spells - their energy cost is not reduced by expertise.

As for attributes, put most into marksmanship, and then the rest split between expertise and wilderness survival (if using troll unguent).

Also, these forums have a rule that you shouldnt ask for builds - Post one of your own creation, then get other to critique and help you with it.

Out of the skills you have, I'd go for something like this:

[Power Shot][Hunter's Shot][Penetrating Attack][Feral Lunge][Read the Wind][Comfort Animal][Charm Animal][Resurrection Signet]

No need to spec into Wilderness survival just for a heal, let monks do that. Also, invest more into expertise than marksmanship, that will help a great deal with energy management.

As soon as you can, get your hands on [[savage shot] and [[distracting shot] - two of the best ranger skills you can buy.
